Office fit-out
The request specified the creation of a dynamic, efficient, and flexible work environment, emphasizing the importance of shared objectives for the two organizations involved. It was crucial that the space not only embodied the principles (mātāpono) of Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei but also mirrored the iwi's identity.
Siesmic upgrades/refurbishments
Over 13 months of night shifts with Naylor Love, our team managed a diverse range of electrical infrastructure projects, from modifying busducts and switchboard relocations to new DB tenancy splits and decommissioning work. This included temporary seismic support, adhering to the standards of a newly completed construction. Despite frequent nightly scope changes, our team demonstrated outstanding professionalism and composure.
